GRSIA obtains the international quality certificate ISO 9001:2015

Within the framework of GRSIA keenness to develop its services and raise the level of satisfaction of its customers, the Authority was able to obtain the international quality certificate ISO 9001:2015 by achieving all international standards aimed at improving the quality of operations and services and increasing the efficiency of organizations, which reflects the Pension Authority's commitment to providing high-quality services that keep pace with the best international practices in the field of retirement and social insurance, in cooperation with Intertek, one of the largest quality certification companies in the world.

On this occasion, Mr. Mohammed Al-Malki, Manager of Public Relations and Communication Department, expressed the importance of obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 international quality certificate, which meets the authority's vision and strategy and improves its quality system, adding, "GRSIA has made great progress since it began its quest to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certificate in order to develop and enhance its services provided to its employees after a series of continuous work during the last year 2023, where the authority raised the level of quality for all internal and external policies and procedures in order to enhance customer confidence."

Mr. Jamal Dely, Sales Manager at Intertek, said: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I congratulate GRSIA for obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which reflects its distinguished commitment to the quality management system, and I am pleased to be here to thank and praise the team at the Authority in addition to all managers and employees, for their commitment to comply with the international standards of the Quality Management System, which is a global system used by many companies and institutions around the world. It helps companies and organizations of all sizes to continuously improve performance and is based on quality control and process management in the company, as this standard illustrates the ways in which the services provided by the company can be upgraded to the highest levels.

It is worth noting that the authority went through several procedures to obtain the certificate that lasted a whole year, in cooperation with OISSG specialized in the field of quality and excellence, which resulted in many improvements, which included the establishment of a system for measuring institutional performance that includes clear and specific indicators to evaluate results and objectives, reviewing and updating work procedures to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, and a planning and quality management system has been implemented in the authority that includes internal audits and reviewing the work of departments in a manner Periodically and regularly, in addition to developing a methodology to measure the satisfaction of internal and external customers with the Authority's services, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and development.
