The GRSIA is keen to maintain constructive communication and cooperation with members of the community in various ways and channels in order to:

    - Improve the services for the various segments of the society ,
    - Increase cooperation and facilitation for citizens to obtain information in various fields.

This communication accelerated the creation of accounts in the social networks, in order to communicate with retirees, contributors and all segments of society.

Facebook:

The GRSIA Facebook account for communication with the public regarding the development of the services it provides within its jurisdiction, as well as to survey the opinions and observations of the public in those services provided. Users may comment or browse the site for information especially the announcements and events held by the GRSIA.

Twitter:

The GRSIA create an interactive account to diversify channels of communication. Users may access to the website's page to know and follow up the published news, laws, legislations, announcements or tenders. such services are available on mobile smart phones.

Instagram:

In addition, the GRSIA has established an account on the Instagram, in order to be in contact with pensioners, contributors, and parties interested in retirement affairs, both internally and externally. It is keen to provide them with an opportunity to learn about all of its activities and operations through its media or social interactive channels.

Youtube:

GRSIA youtube channel for short films is a very important archive of awareness and conferences held by the GRSIA.

News Channel RSS:

The RSS provides a service to follow up on the latest news directly without visiting the site. It provides users with the title of the news, a summary of the text, a link to the full text of the news on the site, in addition to the number of comments if any.

Application of the global news monitoring program "Meltwater News"

The project aims to interact effectively with media influences using Meltwater (News), which provides monitoring of leading global media and analysis of pension schemes and policies around the world. Plus, news of relevant institutions and social security policies. In addition, follow up news published about the GRSIA in e-newspapers, social media and websites.
