GRSIA endeavors to be a peaceful shelter for the Qatari citizen within its efforts to promote the economic and social protection and stabilize the ties of social solidarity besides having human, technical, and financial abilities to reach the maximum of reinforcement levels in performance and achievements to achieve its goals of occupying a distinguishing rank among other local authorities.

Extend the insurance coverage to include all working Qatari citizens, to ensure them a precious future life away from destitution and poverty, taking into account the social and economic dimensions in the state, ensure the required protection to the insured and their families. That reflects clearly the society’s identity, by providing outstanding service to the public in a spirit of responsibility, affection, and taking into account the fundamental values that underlie GRSIA in its work performance
