1. E-Services Portal for Employers:
Based on the e-Government strategy of the State of Qatar (2020), the GRSIA has always strived to improve the level of services it provides to employers subject to the Retirement and Pension Law. The GRSIA established g2b.grsia.gov.qa for employers’ transactions, for the following:
- Provide the GRSIA with contributors’ data in a timely manner.
- Update contributors’ data accurately and confidentially.
- Enhance communication between the GRSIA and the various organizations within and outside the Qatar.
- Control the processes and procedures of the employers through a regulatory system.
2. Electronic Services Portal for Individuals and Customer Service System:
In response to the requirements of the state-wide renaissance and the development of work in the public sector in line with Qatar National Vision (2030), the GRSIA has launched e-Services portal and the customer service system.
The e-services for individuals Portal g2c.grsia.gov.qa plays a pivotal role by bringing government services to the public and is considered a central platform for all electronic services provided by the GRSIA for individuals, and through which the user can get to about (26) e-services.
The portal is easy use, effective and has both Arabic and English browser, and allow contributors, retirees and beneficiaries and their agents and the public to access to services and information they want easily. That reflects the policy of the GRSIA in achieving Qatar's National Vision through increasing the customers’ technology confidence to participate in the development movement.
3. Retirement application for smart phones:
The statistics indicate an increase in mobile Internet usage rates in Qatar, which led the GRSIA to keep pace with this increasing trend by launching the retirement application for smart phones in order to facilitate the public access to all services that is simple, safe and of high quality. This is part of the GRSIA’s efforts to achieve the objectives set out in the Qatar e- Government strategy.
The application is an extension and an additional version of the e-Services Portal for individuals to improve the provision and accessibility of services to community members.
