Information Technology Management
Information Technology Department is subordinated by the head of the Authority and specializes as stated in princely resolution (38) for 2014 to organize the General Authority for Retirement and Social Security:
1- Preparing plans and policies for the use of computers in the activities of the Authority, and follow-up their implementation.
2- Programming, preserving, retrieving and developing information and data systems for the activities of the Authority.
Providing and maintaining the necessary electronic systems, programs and networks for automated work systems in the Authority, in coordination with the relevant administrative units.
4- Designing, operating and managing databases and information of various kinds.
5- Providing the necessary technical support to users of electronic networks in the Authority, and training them in the use of systems, programs, computers and accessories.
6- Establishing, following and updating the Authority's website on the international information network.
Information Technology Department consists of the following sections contained in the Decision of the Minister of Finance No. (26) for 2015 to establish sections in the administrative units that make up the General Authority for Retirement and Social Security and to appoint its terms of reference:
1. Systems and Programmed Section.
2- Networks and technical support Section.
